One of the most popular hotels in Ulaanbaatar, centrally located with relatively clean rooms, one of the best choices available. It is popular with the various consultants who come to Mongolia for a few months and popular with the tourists over the summer months. The rooms are not always in the best conditions and the building could do with a full refit but it is slowly improving and one of the very few descent choices in the city. There is a good Indian restaurant in one of the towers called the Taj Mahal Restaurant, the bar/restaurant on the ground floor level named Casablanca is popular with the miners and some of the expats, its serves the best hamburgers in town but also has chinese/singaporian food and some western dishes. Prices are expensive for its prestations but never the less reasonable considering this is practically as good as it gets!!
