Great location in the heart of Ulaanbaatar, friendly staff who will help you learn to speak Mongolian - Mongolian Resorts Guest House is the perfect place to plan your adventure in Mongolia.  I like the notice board that is full of contacts and information, many free amentities like tea, washing and local phone calls - it is the small details that make a difference.  Thank you for a great visit.  Tom, USA.   (www.claytor.com )

My stay at Mongolian Resorts Guest House was a pleasant experience thanks to their excellent location and affable and knowledgeable receptionists.
On many an occasion the willingness of the receptionists, all of whom spoke English, to offer up advice on a variety of matters impressed me. I was over the course of three weeks taught by the receptionists a variety of simple yet useful Mongolian phrases, instructed on how to hail a cab and told where to go to buy cheap jeans and how much to pay for when I ripped my own.
The hostel is near to the State Department Store, a variety of Internet cafes and a supermarket, which stayed open until very early in the morning, all of which made living in Ulaan Baatar that much more pleasant.
Furthermore, it's within easy walking distance of perhaps some of the nicer (yet still relatively cheap) restaurants and some of the more popular pubs.
Aside from this I felt that the facilities at the hostel were really quite good. As despite the dire warnings of the Lonely Planet guide about Mongolian hostels I never had any problem with the toilets and the showers were always hot.
Best, Chima UK

After the horror stories we had heard about transport in Mongolia, our first trip there was a huge success thanks to the driving skills of Bagi and the comfort and reliability of the vehicle provided. Bagi was great company too. Thanks from all of us: Steve, Lynn, Jill, Pam, Alex, UK

Dear Chris, I hope all's well and business is good in UB. This is just a quick note from me to say thanks to you and all the gang for all the work you put into our stay in Mongolia. It was a wonderful experience for my Dad and me and a great introduction to the country.  I plan to visit again in the not too distant future, perhaps on completing my studies in the summer; who knows, if all goes well I may even be looking for gainful employ in Mongolia before too long! We shall see. Either way, I do hope to meet you again. Take care and all the best, and my regards to all.  Yours, Rado
