An extraordinary girl who is not only rather pretty but also terribly clever. She manages the Java Java cafes at the airport, bakes the waffles, prepares the coffees and even finds time to (sometimes) smile at customers. If you are flying in or out from the Ulaanbaatar International Airport drop by Java Java to see if you can't get a smile out of her.

Manager, UB Deli & Oasis Nightclub 

Born on a fishing boat somewhere near Canada, found himself by mistake in Korea and subsequently in Mongolia following his passion for Ice Hockey only to discover Mongolians didn't play Ice Hockey. Since then recylced as a bar manager and restauranteur, Tyler will be delighted to welcome you in his little empire to rob you of all your senses, soberness and money... You can't miss him, just look for the bald guy at the end of the bar...

 

Urnaa Pashka

Personal Assistant to the CEO

Urnaa's main job consists of fixing the mistakes done by the CEO and making sure that he turns up with all his clothes to all his meeting. Urnaa is also the real person holding the company together and is an invaluable if not essential part of our team.  Urnaa has been with Mongolian Resorts for longer than the rest of us and is slowly going mad looking after all its employees.

Sylvie Bonaert 

Graduate Intern, General Slave

Sylvie is the latest addition to our team under the grand title of graduate intern (read slave). Sylvie's job is to do what no one else wants to do, try to organise the company into a viable structure and generally  learns how it is done in Mongolia. Sylvie has a winning smile and great personality which made her an instant success in our offices. Sylvie is also responsible for greeting our guests at the airport and make sure that the Ulaanbaatar part of the tours goes smoothly.

Webmaster & IT

Our Master Geek, no one really speaks to him in the office but thanks to him we have a great website. When drunk, he is the life of the party but we all get quite scared by how clever he is.... He has recently acquired a geek assistant which makes Naraka all the more efficient..

 

Lhagvasuren (Lhagva or Kurt)
Special tours & Events coordinator
Lhagva has been with the company since the beginning and is a very experienced and rather friendly tour guide, translator, and sometimes chef that has been on many of our VIP and group tours. He enjoys dressing up like a Soviet spy and telling jokes. He speaks Mongolian, Russian, English, Turkish and some Japanese.

 

Galaa
On-Tour Manager, logistics manager, driver extraordinaire
Educated in India and Mongolia, Galaa is one of our most experienced managers and completes more tours per year than any of our guides. We can even send him to places that you cannot get to. Also trained as a chef, waiter, bartender, property manager, and general activity manager.

Difficult to make him smile but he can cook a mean quesadilla!!  Also known to strum his guitar under the moonlight.  Highly recommended!
